Thanksgiving memories from 2008

These are some old pictures from our last Thanksgiving at my
sister Tawna's house in Reno.

This was taken right before we packed into the van and headed up the mountain.

Lainey packing activities and clothes for the long drive

Baila is our trouble maker in the car.   This picture says it all.

Daddy decided to let Isabelle go down the slide

Didn't quite turn out as planned

My Mom's homemade cranberry relish is so delicious.

Isabelle wanted to be held by my cousin Steve.

All that amazing food and Baila only wanted a roll.

 Lainey and Luke.
Most of the kids left a full plate of food we had served them so they could get back to playing.
Imagine our frustration on the drive home when we heard this whining from the back seat:
"Mom, I'm so so hungry."  "I'm starving!"

Exploring Tawna's house

Isabelle was such a snuggler the entire day.   Each Aunt and Uncle took a turn and she would lay her head down on their shoulder.

As usual, Isabelle gravitates toward the dogs and won't leave their side.

I love to watch how crazy Luke gets when he's around other boys.   He needs a brother.
