Carving Pumpkins



Lainey's pumpkin had very little to clean out.

  2. My favorite pumpkins from Wheatland were the Cinderella ones. We didn't carve them, but you can see them in the last group picture. One is a greyish blue and the other was dusty orange.

  3. We grew some of the cinderella ones but they were a bright orange color. They are actually the good ones for baking with. I grew them to make pumpkin puree for pies, pancakes, bread,etc. I'll have to look for the other colors next year. Hopefully they are the same variety and are good for cooking with too.
